PBhomes was founded by Parham Barari in 2018, at the beginning of his journey developing his first project, Casa Don Rey, in Tulum, Mexico. Over the past decade, he has immersed himself deeply in the rhythm, culture, and landscape of Tulum, cultivating an intimate understanding of both the place and its evolving market.
This foundation allowed him to design and develop what are now regarded as three of Tulum’s most distinguished luxury villas: Casa Don Rey, Casa Arka, and El Gaston—each setting a new standard for design-led living and experiential stays.
As PBhomes continued to grow within Tulum’s competitive real estate landscape, it earned a reputation for innovation, vision, and redefining what elevated stays could feel like.
Today, PBhomes builds upon that foundation as it expands into property management—bringing the same design sensibility, attention to detail, and depth of experience to a more personal, seamless, and elevated guest journey.
