PBhomes began in 2018, when founder Parham Barari broke ground on his first project in Tulum: Casa Don Rey. What started as a single build became years spent learning the rhythm of the jungle, the pace of the market, and the specific language of Tulum design.

That immersion shaped what PBhomes is today, a luxury villa rental company in Tulum built around three of its most distinctive properties: Casa Don Rey, Casa Arka, and El Gastón. Each was designed around a different idea of what a design-led stay could feel like, rather than following a single formula.

As Tulum’s real estate landscape grew more competitive, PBhomes carved out its own identity: villas built for experience first, with architecture as the backdrop rather than the headline.
